The physical examination follows, with mobility tests and palpation of the areas involved. Only then is the treatment defined, using gradual manual techniques chosen according to the person's age and condition.<\/p>\n<h2>When to see an osteopath<\/h2>\n<p>The most frequent reasons for consultation are <strong>tension-type headaches<\/strong>, <strong>neck and low back pain<\/strong>, temporomandibular joint disorders, sciatica, painful shoulder and postural alterations.
